Big Band Swing Voyages on American Queen Depart in September
The American Queen Steamboat Company , operator of the world’s largest and most opulent paddlewheel vessels, announces details for its Big Band Swing voyages beginning in the fall. Taking place between Sept. 5-13 from St. Paul to St. Louis and Sept. 12-20 from St. Louis to St. Paul, this nine-day voyage includes nightly dancing accompanied by the 13-piece Great American Swing Band, onboard lectures from esteemed historians and special appearances by vocalist Lynn Roberts.
